Glen J. Garrett, 97, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on October 26, 2021. He was born on May 17, 1924 in Walton, IN the son of Glen and Osa Garrett (McFadden). He married Marcella Garrett (Garber) who survives.
Glen was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He retired from the railroad as an engineer for Amtrak in Logansport, IN. Glen was a member of the St. Luke's United Methodist Church. Glen was a 70 year member of the American Legion in Walton, IN.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Marcella Garrett of Kokomo; two grandchilren, Shawn Hammond and Tamie Goodwyne; great-grandson, Cody Goodwyne.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Judy K. Pounds, two sisters Mary Wilson and Maxine Snyder.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home 2097 West Alto Road Kokomo, Indiana. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery.
