She is survived by one sister, Lois (Smith) Willis of Kokomo; one brother, Richard Smith of Harlingen, Texas; eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Judy Coughlin and son, David Miller.
Services will be held at Monday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home with Chaplain Joyce Brooks officiating. Visiting hours will be from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. Services will be at 1 p.m. with entombment following in Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery.
