

James was born in Winona, MN on January 11th, 1941 to his parents Glen P. and Floryan Mullen (Werra).
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Evelyn Powell Mullen who he married in Attica, IN on August 20th, 1961 and passed in 1998, brother Kenneth Mullen, and grandson Kenny Goudy.
James enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching all sports. He had a contagious laugh and outgoing personality and was known to be a jokester. He loved his snacks, especially potato chips, diet coke, and popcorn.
James retired after a career of 36 years with Chrysler as a Job Setter. He was a member of the local UAW #685. He honorably served our country in the US Air Force on active duty as an M.P. at Grissom Air Force Base and later in the reserves.
He is survived by his children William Mullen, Cindy (Scott) Simmons, Christy (Greg) Goudy, and Debby Dunn. James is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the loving staff at the Golden Living Center for their tremendous care over the past many years.
Services will be Saturday February 4th at 12:00pm with visitation one hour prior and Friday February 3rd from 4:00-8:00pm at Ellers Mortuary Webster with Reverend Greg Goudy officiating. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Albright Cemetery.
