Joel Milton Elliott

Joe Milton Elliott, 78, of Kokomo, IN passed away on January 20, 2022. He was born on December 30, 1943 in Kokomo, IN the son of Donald H. and Bonnie Elliott (Barkley). On May 27, 1973 he married Mildred (Easton) Manning Elliott who survives. Joe was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He retired from Delco Electronic after 30 year of service. Joe was a member of the UAW Hobby Club. He enjoyed woodworking, rebuilding clocks and restoring Ford Mustangs. Surviving relatives include his wife Mildred Elliott of Kokomo, IN; two step-sons, Ronnie Manning (Maxine) of Macy, IN; Kevin Manning (Christina) of Denver, IN; sister, Jena Carter (Dave); brother, Jary Elliott (Kathy); grandsons, Clint Manning (Beth); Connor Manning; granddaughter, Kara Manning; great grandchildren, Ethan Manning (Bridget); Brady Manning (Kristina); Braxton Manning; Steven Manning; Ray Manning. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Jhan Elliott. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home 2097 West Alto Road Kokomo, Indiana 46902.
