Joy Edna Clark, 50, of Kokomo, passed away at 12:22 PM Thursday January 10, 2019 at her residence. Born May 8, 1968 in Kokomo, she was the daughter of Diane (McCredie) Bitner and the late Larry Eugene Hooker. She was a 1987 graduate of Tipton High School. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who would do anything for her family. She was very creative and loved doing all kinds of crafts. She loved to travel, and loved her church Burning for the King.
She was survived by one son Devon Clark of Kokomo; one daughter Tabatha (Joe) Hamdan of Foley, Alabama; her mother Diane Bitner of Kempton; a twin brother Troy (Mandy) Hooker of Tipton; one sister Tammy Hooker of Kokomo; three grandchildren Gemma, Naih, and Talia Hamdan; also several nieces and nephews including Katie, Austin, and Aron.
She was preceded in death by her father Larry Eugene Hooker.
There will no public visitation or services. Memorials may be directed to the Kokomo Humane Society.
