

She retired from Delco after 32 years of service. She enjoyed gambling, fishing, and traveling and cherished spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of the Moose, the American Legion, the VFW, and the Eagles all in Rochester.
She is survived by one daughter, Jennifer (Bob) Lay; three sons, Tim (Starla) Gross, Melvin Gross, and Larry Gross; one step-daughter, Jana Whitehead; two step-sons, Lane Roark, and Randy Roark; her companion of 44 years, Bill Roark; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Joy Turner, and Janet Hulet; one brother, Steve (Kathy) Alexander; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Dee Alexander; and one step-daughter, Jamie Gill.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Messages of condolence may be expressed online at www.sunsetmemorygarden.com.
