

Karen Sue (Jenness) Walsh, age 78, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at her daughters home peacefully with family and friends. Karen was born August 8, 1943 in Logansport to the late Arlie “Bub” and Kate (Dunbar) Jenness. She married Bill Walsh on August 19, 1977 in Windfall, and he preceded her in death on May 17, 2016.
Karen was Trustee Assessor for Wildcat Township (Town of Windfall) for many years. She was instrumental in the completion with the new Community Building and Fire Station. She enjoyed BINGO, watching The Big Bang Theory, the Indianapolis Colts, and going to the Casino.
Karen is survived by her two daughters, Donna (Joel) Roby and Lisa (Brian) Yohler; three grandchildren, Holly (Corey) Balser, Kyle (Jade) Nethercutt, and Matthew Hodges; eight great-grandchildren, Hannah, Madison, Kamden, Kassidy, Khristopher, Kennedy, Calvin, and Kendall; one great-great grandchild, Za’Vari; and two nephews, Pat (Tammy) Singleton, and Mike (Janet) Singleton.
Karen was also preceded in death by her sister Ginny Singleton.
There will be a time of visitation for Karen on Monday, August 1, from 12:00 P.M. until the time of service at 2:00 P.M. at Ellers Mortuary Main Street Chapel, 725 South Main Street, Kokomo with Pastor Joel Flowers officiating.
