Kenneth graduated from Kokomo High School in 1976, carrying forward a steady determination that would mark the years to come. His strong work ethic was evident throughout his life, reflected in the pride he took in showing up, putting in the effort, and seeing things through.
He retired from GM Marion after many years of dedicated work, having also worked for many years at GM Kokomo. In every season of his career, Kenneth was known for the kind of reliability that is built day by day—through commitment, consistency, and the quiet dignity of hard work.
Outside of work, Kenneth found joy in making and mending, building and improving. He held a life-long love of motorcycles and enjoyed working on cars. He also loved creating many things—whether crafting custom rings, building go-carts, or redecorating his home with intricate details—approaching each project with patience, care, and the satisfaction of doing a job well.
Kenneth is survived by his sister, Jackie Robinson (Bob); his brothers, Mark Wheeler and Mike Wheeler (Linda); his daughters, Cassie Brown, Mikki Nevarez (Vincent), and Kalee Brown (Tom Gambrel); and his grandchildren, Kyler Wolfgang, Zander Grady, Mylo Nevarez, NovaRain Nevarez, and Carson Gambrel; as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Goldsberry; his brother, Dave Wheeler; his father, Kenneth Brown; and his mother, Marjorie Haberfield.
