

He worked for many years at the state board of health. He loved racing, especially the Indy 500 and NASCAR, chaperoning his hog roast, and playing saxophone. He had a passion for crocheting, enjoyed sailing and being on his boat, and cherished his dogs and bird. He accepted Christ as a teenager.
He is survived by his parents; sister, Janet (Musgrave) Elliott; brothers, Steve Musgrave, Mark Musgrave, and Mac McLaughlin; nephews, Adam Elliott, Ryan Elliott, Matthew and wife Sarah Musgrave, Joshua Musgrave, Jeffrey Musgrave, and Scott McLaughlin; niece, Michelle Wasmund; many great-nephews and nieces; several cousins; very special friends, Robert Benkowski and Troy Brown; and a very special sister-in-law, Cindy Musgrave.
He was preceded in death by one brother, David Musgrave, and his grandparents, Chester and Flossie Musgrave and Kenneth and Lena England.
A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home with Pastor Greg Reed officiating. Visiting hours will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
