Kim was born on August 28, 1960 in Kokomo, the daughter of Richard L. “Rusty” Frazier and Delores M. (Stephens) Frazier who both preceded her in death. She was a 1978 graduate of Haworth High School.
Kim was baptized as a child of God at the Kokomo Church of Christ.
She made her career for many years as a certified medical coder.
Kim had many interests outside of work. She was an excellent cook and loved to prepare meals for family and special events. She really loved traveling to warm, sunny locales with Hawaii being her favorite destination. She made several trips with her mother, Delores and liked nothing more than soaking up the sun and warm breezes during Indiana winters.
She owned several pet dogs that were precious to her. Kim really loved her Westies, Reggie and Fergus. She was very involved with Westie Rescue Indiana from whom she adopted Fergus and made many friends.
Kim is survived by her boyfriend, Chris Minor, of Kokomo; a brother, Greg and wife Donna, Westfield; a niece, Melissa and husband Chris, Bellevue, Kentucky; and nephew, Eric, Boulder, Colorado.
