

Lewis was known as “Butch” by his siblings, aunts, uncles, and cousins as well as his nieces and nephews.
He was born on March 11th, 1944 to Charles and Helen (Tylka) Frazier in Tuscarawas County, OH. Louie and his family moved to the Kokomo area at the age of 5.
He attended Kokomo High School, but dropped out and after worked at Continental Steel until it closed. He went back to school and got his GED and on to Ivy Tech to get his Associates Degree in Machine Shop. Louie was proud of what he had done at the age of 45.
Louie married Linda (Siler) Frazier on February 12th, 1966, they celebrated 50 plus years of marriage, and she survives. After they were married 18 months he was drafted into the Army. He left in December 1967 to serve his country to serve in the Vietnam War and returned August 31, 1969
Louie is survived by daughter Patti (Tim) Johnson of Windfall, son Butch (Tricia) Frazier of Kokomo and son Brian (Nikki) Frazier of Sheridan. His grandchildren are Blake (Amber) Johnson of Elwood, Brandan Johnson of Windfall, Katelyn and Kelly Myers of Kokomo, Brock, Ty, and Devin Frazier of Kokomo, Alayna and Kaleb Frazier of Sheridan; Great granddaughters Alli and Abbi Johnson of Elwood and Ember Pelgen of Kokomo.
Louie is also survived by his sisters Vera (Willis) Bivens of Madisonville, TN, Gloria (Bob) Cooper of Kokomo, and Regina (Rick) Dillinger of Russiaville; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Helen Frazier, also his sister Rachel Stout and her first husband Billy Stout.
In 1973 Louie and Linda planted their first apple trees to start Frazier’s Orchard. When the Steel Mill closed was when he went back to school. So he got a school bus contract with Tri-Central School and drove for 18 years.
Louie was raised in St. Joan Arc Church. When he and Linda married they became members of 1st Landmark Missionary Baptist Church of Kokomo. He cared very much about people especially children. He was a very generous, and kind man. Louie never met a stranger. He loved his Lord Jesus Christ, his country, his family, and his 1936 John Deere “B”. The “B” was given to him by his dad more than 40 years ago.
God Blessed Louie and Linda in so many ways. He would always tell you “God Blessed Us.” God laid on Louie’s hear about three years ago that he needed to donate each month for one child to go to church camp in the summer.
In Lieu of the flowers memorial contributions may be made in memory of Louie to the Cross Roads Church Camp (4254 S 00 EW, Kokomo, IN 46902)
Services will be Saturday January 14th at 11:00am with calling one hour prior and on Friday January 13th from 4-8pm all located at Fairfield Christian Church (1476 E400 S 46965) with interment to follow at Sharpsville Cemetery
