Linda Hamilton

Linda Marie Hamilton, 70, Greentown, passed away at 11:11 pm Wednesday June 15, 2022 in her home. She was born August 26, 1951 in Kokomo, to the late Leonard and Mary (Hodson) Flaty. Linda was a 1969 graduate of Taylor High School. She retired from Head Cook at Eastern Elementary. She enjoyed traveling to Arizona for the winters, quilting, crafting, gardening, camping, and spending time with family and friends. On December 13, 1969 she married the love of her life Michael Hamilton. She is survived by husband Mike Hamilton, daughter Cindy (Doug) Elliott, son Greg Hamilton, brothers Leonard (Sue) Flaty, Danny Flaty, brother n law Randy (Melanie) Hamilton and sister n law Patty Flaty. Grandchildren that meant the world to her. Courtney Elliott, Elle Hamilton, Hudson Hamilton and several nieces and nephews. Linda was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral service will be held at 6 pm Wednesday July 6, 2022, at Sunset Memory Gardens, Kokomo with Paster David Stokes officiating the memorial service. Friends are invited to visit with family 4-6 Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions maybe made in Linda’s memory to Jerome Christian Church.
