Linda Carol Ward

Linda was born on August 10th, 1947 in French Lick, IN to her parents James “Fred” and Nancy Tuell (Hopper).

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Larry F. Ward Sr., and Aunt Nellie Thornington Hopper who helped raise her after moving to Denver from French Lick.

Linda enjoyed creating art, mushroom hunting, playing bingo, and Elvis. In her younger years she liked to camp, fish, and traveling with her family. She married the love of her life Larry F. Ward Sr. in 1965 in which he passed in 1985. She always enjoyed watching “Days of Our Lives”, never missing an episode. Her greatest joy was her family and especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her son’s Larry F. Ward Jr. and Kevin S. (Tonya) Ward; daughter Stacy D. Ward; brothers James “Ward” (Trish) Tuell and Jerry Wayne Tuell; grandchildren Holly, Stephanie, Justin, Ashley, Sean, Brittney, Winter, Brianne, and KJ; Great Grandchildren Nolan, Alaina, Ashton, Layka, Aivry, Logan, Addison, Liam, Austin, Aubrielle, Adelaide, Avalyn, Quinten, Alivia, Arrow, Aiden, Emma, and Lincoln; two nieces Mandy and Becky, and one great Niece Heidi.

Services will be held on Wednesday January 4th, 2017 at 1:00pm with visitation from 11:00am with Pastor Norm Snyder officiating. Interment will follow at Crown Point Cemetery
