Martha F. Jones Johns

Martha worked at Delco Electronics, retiring in September 2003 after 32 years of service. While there, she built many lasting friendships. She enjoyed fishing, boating, playing softball, bowling, crocheting, and an occasional trip to the casino.

Martha is survived by her two daughters, Teresa (Derwin) Cain of Boston, Massachusetts, and Bobbie Johns, of Kokomo; her three sisters, Janet Wheeler, Joyce (David) McKinney, and Barbara Coombs, all of Kokomo; her five grandchildren, Derwin and Ashley, of Boston, and Reanna, Jessica and Christopher of Kokomo; ten grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jack L. Jones; her mother, Verna Marie (Mann) Jones; her sister, Carolyn Tyler; and her brother, Jack L. Jones, Jr.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery.
