Martha Irene Nielson

Martha Irene Nielson, 85, of Kokomo went to be with the LORD at 1:20 PM Tuesday January 7, 2020 at her residence. Born July 7, 1934 in Carroll County, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Harry Angle and Dorothy (McKinzie) Angle. She attended Frankfort High School. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cleaning, working in her yard, and spending time with her family. She attended First Church of the Nazarene. She never knew a stranger. Survivors include children Larry (Felicia) King, Mark Millikan, Dennis (Mina) Millikan and James (Katie) Nielson; daughter-in-law Randa King; son-in-law Roger Bousum; brothers Ed (Raylene) Angle and John Angle; sister Judy (Syd) Tew; grandchildren Brandy King, Della McKinney, Amanda Wright, Michael (Nicole) Bousum, Jeremy King, Jacob (Victoria) King, Hazel King, Kyle (Amanda) Millikan, Travis (Jody) Millikan, Sydney Millikan, Mallorey (Andrew) Jeter, Alexandria (Tyler) Carden, Madelyn (Fiance'-Jake) Millikan, Avery Nielson and Andrew Nielson; 21 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son Michael King; one daughter Debra Bousum; one sister Donna Shirar; two sisters-in-law Beverly Angle and Linda Angle; one brother-in-law Butch Shirar; one great granddaughter Emma Millikan; her step-father Everett Keith. A Celebration of Life will be 1:00 PM Saturday January 11, 2020 at First Church of the Nazarene, 2734 South Washington Street, Kokomo. Pastor Stan Zurcher will officiate.
