Marvella Sue Gannon Stollings

Marvella Sue (Gannon) Stollings, 76, Kokomo, passed away July 10, 2016. She was born May 28, 1940 in Williamson, WV, the daughter of Robert and Eliza Jane Gannon. On June 11, 1963, she married Carl E. Stollings. Marvella is survived by her children, William Ed & Sonja Stollings, Carlon Stollings & Karen Johnson; her grandchildren, Steve Stollings & Angelique Farmer, Jon & Cherri Stollings, Robert & Alissa Stollings; her great-grandchildren, Zeke & Will Stollings, Kolton Commons, and Arya Stollings; her siblings, Golden Gannon, Lilly Ruth Sesco, and Ida Marie Hardin; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl, her parents, and her siblings, Robert, Donavon, Jennings, Eugene, Glenn, Aldon, Carl, and Olin Gannon, Madeline King, Mary Lou Young, and Martha Swain. Marvella loved her family and church family, The Carpenter’s House, more than anything in the world, besides the Lord. May she rest and be at peace with the Lord. A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 16 from 2-4 PM at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home, 2097 W. Alto Road, Kokomo.
