Mary Gertrude Hendrick, 94 and formerly of Kokomo, passed away on January 9, 2018 in Lewisburg, Tennessee. Mary was born on April 14, 1923 to the late Albert and Abigail (Turner) Fishero in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was married to Morris Hendrick and he preceded Mary in death in 1992. Mary was a former resident of Kokomo until she moved to Tennessee to be with her daughter.
Mary is survived by three children, Sandra (Doug) Jones of Tipton, Indiana, Diana (Bill) Hicks of Petersburg, Tennessee, and Garry (Sue) Hendrick of Chrisman, Illinois; and eleven children and great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mary was preceded in death by a son, Lanny (Edna) Sweares.
There will be a visitation for Mary at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home in Kokomo on Friday, January 19th from 11-1, with a funeral service immediately following.
