Matthew most recently worked for NHK Seating in Frankfort as a Fork Lift Operator. In his younger years, he enjoyed bowling on several leagues at Don Lowry Lanes. Matthew also coached youth leagues. During his many years bowling, he achieved three perfect games of 300 and one game of 299. He also spent a lot of time at Kokomo Speedway and enjoyed watching any kind of auto racing and was passionate about USAC Racing Series. Matthew was an avid fan of THE Ohio State Football Team and never missed watching a game on Saturday. He enjoyed spending Christmas at the beach with his family every year.
Surviving family include one child, Moya; sister, Leslie (Mike) Hill; special cousins, David, Carolyn, and Amanda Bean; along with many cousins, aunts, and uncles in both Indiana and Ohio.
Preceded in death are his parents, Steve and Kristy Duncan; and maternal and paternal grandparents.
Memorial visitation for Matthew will be on Friday, August 21, 2026 from 10:00 AM until the time of memorial service at 1:00 PM at Ellers Mortuary Webster Chapel, 3400 South Webster Street, Kokomo, IN. Pastor Bill Duncan will be officiating.
