Max Earl Hueston

Max Earl Hueston, 90, of Kokomo, passed away at2:50 PM Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital, Kokomo. He was born November 22, 1927 in Kokomo to the late William and Hazel Hueston. He was a graduate of Jackson Township High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during World War II. On November 7, 1948 in Kokomo, he married Beverly J. (Calveard). She preceded him in death on August 25, 1995. He was employed with Delco Electronics, retiring after over 30 years of service. He had been a member of the Masonic Lodge and was a Boy Scout Leader.

Survivors include two daughters Cynthia J. Hueston of Florida and Joyce M. Fipps of Kokomo. There are also two grandchildren Zach Fipps and Adam (Andrea) Fipps, both of Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, three brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday March 6, 2018 at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 South Webster Street, Kokomo. Pastor David Osborne will officiate. Entombment with military Rites by the U.S. Army and the Kokomo Military Rites Team will follow at Sunset Memory Garden. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Tuesday at the mortuary. Memorials may be directed to the Kokomo Humane Society with envelopes available at the mortuary.
