Owen is survived by his parents; brother, Alaki Duke; grandparents, Danielle Paul, Deborah Bias, Leeandre Bias; great-grandparents, Alanna Paul, Michael Paul, Debora Gillette; aunts and uncles, Whytlie Fisher, Brian Duke, Crystal Bias, At’Ianna Bias, Szhantrayle Roberson; and several great-aunts and great-uncles.
Owen was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Charles Roberson.
