Just heard about Pat's passing today. She was my only friend in 1968 when my family moved from Grand Forks to Minneapolis. I went to a new high school, Washburn for my Senior Year. I think we met at Hobart Methodist church that was on Nicollet Ave. Not sure if it was still there. I needed a friend and Pat liked the idea that i had a little Volkswagen to drive around. So we were a perfect match and we continue our friendship thru our University of Minnesota days. We kept in touch throughout the years. I was at her personal assistant at her wedding to Brad. She and Brad saw me off to Puerto Rico in 1981, when i drove my car to New Orleans to have it shipped to PR. We sorta of lost contact after that, but reconnected a few years ago, as I have a condo in Rochester, MN and she and Brad were at her house on Pleasant Ave. in Minneapolis. I got to visit them a couple of times. She had the best voice in talking, singing and laughing of anyone I have ever heard. I will miss her. And Brad, my thoughts will be with you.

I met Pat when Scott and I first started dating back in 1991. Pat and Brad were our friends, mentors, and inspiration through the years for a happy, healthy relationship. I loved listening to her stories, and she always had great advice. She will be sadly missed by me and my whole family.

I met Pat in 2010 while working at Delphi in Kokomo. What a unique spirit and vibrant personality. One of a kind. I missed having her around the office once she retired. She was a Health & Safety mentor to me and I will never forget her kindness to me.
