Rebecca Becky Sue Cardwell

Rebecca “Becky” Sue Cardwell, 66, became an angel on October 10, 2017 at her home. Becky was born to Lawerence and Zella Davis on October 21, 1951 in Kokomo. Becky was a 1969 Kokomo High School graduate. She married Albert Cardwell on December 1, 1980, and he preceded her in passed on September 5, 2005.

Becky served as a CNA at St. Joseph Hospital for 25 years, then at Bona Vista for 12 years. She enjoyed watching many crime and detective shows, and enjoyed all things ‘50’s. Her grandchildren and family were her life. Becky loved to brag about her five grandchildren and attend their sporting events. She played puzzles and watched cartoons with her youngest. Becky was Mammaw Becky to everyone.

Becky is survived by her daughter, Kellie Weaver and her husband John; sister Vicky King an her husband Ed; grandchildren Alyssa Wiese, Brady Wiese, Megan Weaver, Payton Rossman, and Nicholas Weaver; and several nieces and nephews.

Becky is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Lamar Cardwell; parents Lawerence and Zella Davis; and brother Roger Elliot.

A gathering of friends will be held for Becky on November 18, 2017 at Christ Lutheran Church, 3401 S Dixon Rd, Kokomo, IN 46902, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
