Rebecca Alice Surface, 66, Kokomo, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at her home. She was born August 10, 1948, in Marion, to Raymond C. and Margaret (Phillips) Cooper. She married Danny R. Surface, and he survives.
She attended In His Image Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Amanda (Rex) Duke, Kokomo; one son, Lee Gregory, Kokomo; two grandchildren, Mary Duke and Hannah Duke, Kokomo; her mother; four brothers, Joe (Mali) Cooper, Plainfield, Tom Cooper, Peru, Tim (Rita) Cooper, Tipton, and Dan (Diane) Cooper, Georgia; one sister, Anita (Elmer) Cox; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father.
The funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Monday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home with Pastor Brad Swain officiating. Burial will take place in Kokomo Memorial Park.
