Ricardo Marsh

Ricardo "Rico" Marsh, age 73, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on Monday, February 10, 2025. Rico was born in Kokomo, Indiana to Henry L. and Viola L. Marsh on September 2,1951. Ricky was employed by Delco/GM, retiring with over 30 years of service. Upon retiring in 2006, you could catch Ricky riding around town on his bicycle. He was the family patriarch, historian, fluent in several languages, loved photography, and cooking, just to name a few of this interests in life. He had an adventurous travel side to him, and traveled the world to places such as Canada, Brazil and the Philippines, just to name a few. No matter how far his travels took him, Ricky was never out of touch with his kids and family. He returned home to Kokomo in 2016 where he enjoyed life with his family. He was all about preserving our history and connecting the dots of our lineage.

He leaves behind four daughters; Kito Moore, Brooke Wiley, Janae Bellamy, and LaToya Rebba-Gillard; grandchildren, Kenneth (Whitney) Moore, Ahmea, Anaysia and Amire Warwick, Barrett Wiley, Oakland Bellamy, Yuri Moore, and Raylen Elliot; great-granddaughter, Ka'Miyah Warwick; sister, Tracie L. Marsh; brother, Kirk L. Marsh; nieces, Rayneasha Marsh (Douglas Smith), Alyssa Brown (Demario), Kirshana Marsh, Ishea Brooks; great-nephews, Tyler Swygert and Jaylen Marsh; great-nieces, Jewell and Jayde Swygert; and great-great-niece, Alora Swygert.

Ricky was preceded in death by his parents.

Pallbearers: Kenneth Moore, Jaylen Marsh, Matthew Bennett, Julian Bennett, Barrett Wiley, and William Howard.

A time of visitation for Ricardo will be held Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home & Cemetery, 2097 West Alto Road, Kokomo, Indiana 46902, with a funeral service at 1:30 PM, followed immediately by entombment.
