Robert Wayne Foster

Robert Wayne Foster, age 75, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on Monday, January 16, 2023. He was born to Scott and Con-Daisy (Wiseman) Foster on March 1, 1947 in New Albany, Mississippi. He attended and graduated from high school in Racine, Wisconsin. He worked for Chrysler and retired after 25 years of service. He was also a veteran of the United States Army. He loved his church family. Robert was a member of Great Faith Christian Church.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Scott and Daisy.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Shannon Foster; granddaughter, Taryn J. Foster; grandson, Aaron A. Foster; great-grandchildren, Jai'lah Elliott and Akiel Powers; Godson, Aaron Foster; Bishop Romon Oglesby; and close friend, Delora Kyles-Johnson, "Momma D".

A public visitation for Robert will be held Friday, January 20, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service with military honors at 12:00 PM, at Ellers Mortuary, 3400 S. Webster St., Kokomo.

Robert will be laid to rest in Marion National Cemetery, 1700 E 38th St., Marion, Indiana 46952 at a later date.
