Roger Allen Sexton

Roger married and was with the love of his life Loletia (Gamblin) Sexton for 65 years until his passing. He loved spending time with his family as well as working in his yard. He enjoyed the outdoors and the wildlife that it surrounded. He was passionate about auto body repair, especially painting the vehicles. He retired after almost 32 years with the Chrysler Corporation as a painter in the skilled trades and was a member of UAW Local 685. Roger dearly loved his little dog Matty who recently passed.

Roger is survived by his wife, Loletia Sexton; children, Joetta (Terry) Ezell, Annetta (Joe) Farmer, Leetta (Tim) Dowden & Travis Sexton (Leah Liecht); grandchildren, Kylie, Korey, Clyde, Robbin, Bradley, Carley, Zachary, Hilary, Valary, Blane, Brandi & Teddy; 23 great grandchildren; brother, Billy (Dana) Sexton; sisters, Kathy (Jim) Gaddy, Cecelia Francis, Norma Jean (George) Rioux, Pamela Shuck, Delvagene Colter & Vickie Sexton.

Roger is preceded in death by his parents, William Sexton & Ester Marie Deck; daughter Rogetta “Sexton” Secrease; brothers William & Homer “Bud” Sexton; sister, Ellen Redd.

Visitation for Roger will be Thursday January 13, 2022 from 3:00pm – 7:00pm at Ellers Mortuary 3400 S. Webster St. Kokomo with funeral services Friday January 14, 2022 10:00am at the Mortuary.

Burial will follow in Albright Cemetery. Pastor Steve Pearce will officiate.
