Mr. Ronald Kent Hagy

Ron was born on June 17, 1943 to his parents Lloyd G. And Dorothy (Morehead) Hagy in Kokomo, IN.

Ron was a graduate of Kokomo High School in the class of 1961."Second- to- none in '61"

He graduated from IVY TECH in 1989 and was presented the Dean's Award for "Outstanding Student" .

After serving his country in the U.S Air Force during the Vietnam War he returned to his job as an electrician at the Kokomo Transmission Plant. He retired as a Maintenance Area Manager with the Chrysler Corporation at KTP in 2001 after 38 1/2 years.Ron enjoyed building and repairing computers in his spare time and played a good round of golf when time allowed.

Ron is survived by his loving wife Patti K. (Paetzel) Hagy, daughters Brooke K. Boyd of Kokomo; Lyndsay K. (Matthew) Hudson of New Albany, IN; Rosita Thielker, their German exchange student daughter; brother Steven (Paula) Hagy of Fayetteville, TN; sister Gayle (Jim) Fennell of Kokomo; grandchildren Gavin Hudson, Xavier Hudson, and Ava Hudson; nieces Maj. Kelly Williams and Shannon (Siegfried) Sicoy;nephews Kristopher (Stacey) Hagy and Seth Fennell; great nephew Noah Williams, great nieces Hannah Fennell and Chloe Sicoy.He was preceded in death by his parents Lloyd G. and Dorothy (Morehead) Hagy.

Services will be Wednesday November 23rd, 2016 at Ellers Mortuary (725 S. Main Street Kokomo, IN 46901) at 1:00pm with visitation from 11:00am -1:00pm with interment to follow at Sunset Memory Gardens Cemetery
