Ruth Enyart Black, 95, died on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at North Woods Commons in Kokomo, Indiana. Born January 29, 1918, in Fulton County, she was the daughter of Charles Thomas Enyart and Angeline E (Conn) Enyart. On January 23, 1944, she was married to Eugene E. For 37 years, Mrs. Black was the co-owner of Black Magazine Agency in Logansport which supplied magazine subscriptions to schools and public libraries in the United States and countries abroad. Upon retirement, she and her husband moved to Kokomo and spent winters in Mesa, Arizona.

Mrs. Black loved painting and making baby gowns for Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis. Her other interests were travel, reading, and, especially, watching the Pacer basketball games. Foremost in her life was her relationship with her Lord and Savior, her joy of her family and being a homemaker, and entertaining friends.
