

Sandra Ann Wisher (Land), of Kokomo, Indiana, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family. Sandra was born on May 28, 1939, in Kokomo, Indiana, to Floyd Land and Edna (Holt) Land, who preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by her son Kevin Wayne Wisher, her brothers Michael Land, Robert Land, and her sisters Lorraine Rollins and Linda Duke.
Sandra retired from Community Family Health Center, where she faithfully served as a Medical Records Clerk from 1999 until her retirement in 2009. She was known for her kind heart, quiet strength, and an unwavering love for her family (and the Colts).
She is survived by her children Keith Wisher (fiancé, Kim Pier) and Kelli (Truman) Elkins. Daughter-in-law, Stephanie Reed. Her grandchildren Courtney (Brian) O'Hara, Kayla (Jonathan) Keith, Caleb (Nycole) Wisher, Connor Wisher, Abbi Elkins (fiancé, Kolby Thomas), Eli (Lexi) Elkins. Great grandchildren, Truman Keith, Jackson Presser, Roman Keith, Raelynn Keith, Parker O'Hara, and Declan O'Hara.
She is also survived by her brother James Land as well as many nieces and nephews.
Nothing brought Sandy more joy than her family. In her own words:
“To those I love very much—my children, their spouses, my grandchildren, their spouses, and my great-grandchildren—you were all my pride and joy.”
Visitation will be held at Ellers Mortuary Webster Chapel, 3400 South Webster Street, Kokomo on Wednesday, July 8, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a funeral service on Thursday, July 9 at 11:00 AM, also at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery with Jonathan Keith officiating.
Sandy requested a service filled with faith and music she loved, including gospel hymns and several of her favorite Elvis Presley songs!
Sandra’s legacy is one of love, devotion to family, quiet faith, and a life well lived. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
