Sara Jonetta Nester, 82, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on April 20, 2022. She was born on July 10, 1939 in Kokomo, IN the daughter of John and Mary Hulet (Drury). She married Louie Nester who preceded her in death in 2007.
Sara retired from Delphi Electronics in 1996 after 30 years of service. She also worked Dupont in Kokomo for 15 years. Sara loved animals, especially her cat Reese and her dogs Pup and Bandit. She enjoyed dancing at the Kokomo Senior Center, shopping and going to lunch with her friends.
Surviving relatives include her son, Tim Nester (Jenn); grandson, Zachary Nester both of Kokomo and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a brother and three sisters.
A Memorial Gathering will be from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM with a Memorial Service starting at 12:00 PM Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Christian Heritage Worship Center 3007 East Carter Street, Kokomo, IN. www.sunsetmemorygarden.com.
