On June 2, 2010, Sarah married Kevin Little. Their marriage marked a cherished chapter of companionship and shared life, held close by those who knew and loved them.
For 10 years, Sarah served as a cook at the Sheriff’s Department, a role that reflected her steady dedication and the quiet, meaningful ways she cared for others through daily work. Whether preparing meals or offering a familiar presence, she brought reliability and purpose to those around her.
Sarah found joy in sewing, cooking and baking, singing, and watching anything about the royal family.
She is survived by her children: Cameron (Maria) Smith, Jaquail Smith, Kearah (Cory) Holiday, Kevin (Tonnette) Gilbert-Little, Michael (Adrienne) Little, Tonika Milan, Erika (John) Cunningham, Ernest (Brittany) Little, Keisha Little, Flonicia (Cameron) Fletcher, Victor Little, parents: Dorothy "Dottie" Salsbery (Dakota Gee) and Troy Smith Jr. (Renee), siblings: Virginia Nix, Troy (Michelle) Smith, Paris Smith, Gloria Jean Holman, Ernest Little, Wendall Little, Angela Lewis, 18 grandchildren, 1 aunt, 1 uncle, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Sarah was preceded in death by her husband Kevin Little, Brother-in-law Christopher Nix, and her grandparents.
Visitation will be held at Ellers Mortuary & Crematory Center, 3400 S. Webster Street, Kokomo, Indiana 46902, on August 28, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. The Funeral Service will follow at 12:00 pm. Sarah will be laid to rest at Albright Cemetery.
