I was Scott's first love of his life. Although we were once engaged our relationship did not last. However, I remember what we shared...the good, the bad, and the ugly. He was my best friend during those years.
Our first date was to an Indians baseball game. He would not hold my hand until we were on our way back from the game. I remember Scott loved his Mt. Dew and cigarettes...always wore his Oakley's on his forehead and keys attached to his belt loop. He loved his waterbed and always slept with a fan on, freezing me out. I remember the fun...the laughter...the piggyback rides...the taco shells catching fire in the oven...cruises down Kokomo's strip in his Camaro...my proms...driving lessons in his cousin's truck...the ride on his friend's motorcycle...our trip to St. Louis, MO...the county fairs... grandma Dorothy's funeral...how he got his scar on his upper lip...how we got ourselves in trouble...how he wrote me love letters and sent roses once while I was in college. I remember when my hamster got loose from his ball and hid in the heater vent in our apartment. Scott would get so mad. (He had a temper.) Scott was considerate; he would never kiss me with morning breath. He was caring, loving and there for me when others had their opinions. He was always there to help out; i.e. helped move me back home from college, let me drive his car when I didn't have one. Scott gave the best hugs; strong, yet gentle and warm.
You'll never know who you'll miss until they're gone...I'm so sorry your blessing was blocked, Scott. If I knew then what I know now. Oh, how I wish I could give you a hug, but find comfort knowing God has you. Sweet dreams, Scott Robert. 💕

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8


I met Scott many years ago, I think I was 17 and he was maybe 10 or 11. I lived with his family for a while and they all became family to me. Scott was my friend and we called each other brother for many years, he was always there to listen and I tried to do the same but we lived so far from each other that it wasn't always easy. My fondest memories of him are when we were kids and my last memory was last year when I came to visit and I rode my bike to his house and we just sat and talked about old times. I'm gonna miss talking to ya brother may God keep you in his arms until we meet again. 

I use to be Scott's Aunt by marriage. In my heart I am still his Aunt. I met Scott when I was 17 years old. He was 3 years old then.  I watched Scott grow up for 18 years. When I first met him he reminded me of Tom Petty. Lol  When his grandma Dorothy passed away Scott called me to ask me if I was gonna attend the funeral.  I wasn't sure if I would of been welcomed. He assured me that it was okay and there would not be any problems. When I got to the funeral home I didn't want to walk in alone. So Scott came out and walked me in.  I spend most of the time sitting with him. He had downloaded a Trivia game on my phone. And for awhile we would play this game. We had talked a few times about God and some other things. He invited me to come over,  and I never went. Now I regret it because I can't now.... I love you Scott and I am so glad that u was my nephew.   RIP Scott , this is so heart breaking! 

I met Scott when we were 17 & 18 and we stayed in contact all these years. I have a lot of good memories to cherish of Scott. One of the funniest times was getting Bear drunk one night. I will miss our talks, random texts with misspelled words :), jokes, and hanging out.
R.I.H. Scott, I miss you and thank you for being a true friend to me. 
Scott talked to me a lot about his family. Scott's love for his family was so real. I send Scott's family prayers and love. 

I knew him since he was little and he has always called me Aunt Vickie. He was a great guy and enjoy playing Santa Clause at Christmas time for everyone and I will miss him. R.I.P and I will always remember him. And it's so sad and gone to soon💞

Scott was like a son to me. He either text or call me about everyday. He was always concerned about everyone else. He had the biggest heart although he was very stub born he was the sweetest.  I will miss him so very much. This just seems like a dream.  Prayers and comfort for all.  Mama Loe
