Sherry Lee Smith

Mrs. Sherry Lee Smith, 74 , of Kokomo passed away February 9, 2019. She was born December 18, 1944 to Irvin and Marjorie Hines in Kokomo, Indiana. She was devotedly married to Paul Smith since 1964. Sherry was a loving wife and mother who dedicated her life to her family. Sherry enjoyed many hobbies including quilting, sewing, oil painting, ceramics and working with stained glass. She was talented and skilled in everything she put her mind into. She retired from Delco after almost 30 years. Sherry is survived by her husband; Paul Smith, daughter; Kris (Jarod) Stone, son; Kevin Smith, uncle; Bobby (Sue) Fording, grandson Rusty (Angela) Elliott and Daniel “Ross” (Suzie) Elliott, great grandson; Ryan Elliott, great granddaughters; Destiny & Isabella Elliott who knew her as “Grandma Great”. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Rex Hines. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel 3400 S Webster St., with calling from 10:00am until time of service.
