Stacy Lynn Swearingen

Stacy Lynn Swearingen, 41, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on June 23, 2026 surrounded by her family. She was born on February 22, 1985 in Lafayette, Indiana the daughter of Bart Wiles and Linda Carney Wiles. She married John Swearingen who survives.

Stacy was a litigation claims specialist for State Farm Insurance. In her spare time she loved crocheting and crafting with her kids, reading, spending time with friends, and traveling with family. She also loved interior home refinishing with her husband. Stacy’s personality was contagious and didn’t know a stranger. The people she met, held a special place in her heart.

Stacy is survived by her Husband John Swearingen and Children: Katelynn Broniak, Harper Swearingen, and Boston Swearingen. Grandmother: Nadine Wiles. Father and Mother: Bart Wiles, Linda Carney Wiles, Gloria Swearingen (Mother-in-Law), Rebecca Adams (Companion). Aunts and Uncles: Theresa and Louis Anthony, Kevin and Shannon Wiles, Katrina Fisher, and Shelly and Troy Helderman. Sue and Dennis White, Dan and Nancy Carney, Gail and Ted Bitner, Cyndy Carney Loved by so many Cousin’s, Niece’s, and Nephew’s.

She was preceded in death by her Great Grandparents: Thurman and Zelda Wiles, Henry and Lillie Pinkard. Lon and Ione Evans, Bernard Carney Sr. and Hazel Carney. Grandparents: Huey Wiles, Bernard Carney Jr. and Colleen Carney. Uncle: Jeffery Lynn Carney. She also leaves behind a wide circle of friends. She will be greatly missed by everyone.

Visitation will take place from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Saturday, July 4, 2026 at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home.
