

Steven G. Stahl, 70, Kokomo, passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2012, in Howell, Michigan. He was born September 17, 1942, in Kokomo, to George F. and Margaret (Elleman) Stahl. On November 26, 2003, he married Marsha (Ramey) Stout-Stahl, and she survives.
He graduated from Northwestern High School in 1961 and later served in the Indiana National Guard in both Kempton and Kokomo. He worked at Delphi for 45 years before retiring in 2006 and was a member of UAW Local 292. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren’s sports and activities and was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. His hobbies included woodworking, cooking, and building.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Zak Stahl, and Bryan Stahl, Kokomo; one daughter, Traci (John) Stahl-Dailey, Howell, Michigan; one step-son, Cameron (Tracy) Keck, Greentown; one step-daughter, Andriane (Troy) Mercer, Greentown; seven grandchildren, Teddy Nolley, Greentown, Cassie Stahl, Georgia, Wesley Brewster, Howell, Michigan, Seth Keck, Greentown, Nicholas Dailey, Howell, Michigan, Ashlee Dailey, Howell, Michigan, and Keelon Moulder Stahl, Kokomo; two great-grandchildren, Payton Brown, Georgia, and another due in May; and two sisters, Judy (John) Helm, Estero, Florida, and Karen Stahl, Frankfort.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Jason Stahl.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Albright Cemetery. Visiting hours will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
