Vinessa Janovich-Parker sadly passed away January 30th of 2022. A resident of Kokomo, IN for the past four years she leaves behind her heart broken family of Gig Harbor, WA including her mother Mary McDaniel and her father Bill Parker along with her aunts and uncles and beloved cousins. She was preceded in passing by her step father Paul Simard. Vinessa had a zest for living life. A love of fashion and even walked in Seattle Fashion Week as a runway model several times. Always seeking humor instead of sadness, laughter instead of tears and great empathy to those in need of encouragement. She blazed the trail for the LGBT community setting precedence in health insurance coverage for those like herself.
She made many friends in her 31 years, too many to mention, they all know who they are and will miss her dearly. Her message to all would be the prayer of St Francis.

Burial will take place on Wednesday, February 23rd at 12:30pm at Haven of Rest Cemetery in Gig Harbor, WA.
A reception will directly follow the graveside service at 11222 74th Ave NW, Gig Harbor, WA 98332.
