Dr. Glover gave me my first opportunity to work in a library.  Now, 37 years later and many different library positions, I'm still at it.  She was a great lady who could always make you laugh.  I'm sure she will be greatly missed.  Her family are in my thoughts & prayers.

I was sadden to learn of Virginia's (aka Mrs. Rat) passing.  She will be remembered especially for her sharp wit, and an example occured almost 29 years ago at Rat's funeral.  Mrs. Rat was sitting with the Flying Squirrels and the minister was bloviating on and on.  She turned and said, not in a whisper but a very audible voice, "Who is he talking about?".  Everybody in hearing disstance could barely contain their laughs!   What a statment to break the ice in a sad and somber farewell to Rat.  May God bless you all and rejoice that she was part of your life.       Jay Barton
