William Indro Harmon

Kokomo- William “Bill” Harmon 78 passed away at Waterford Center Thursday morning. He was born to Alvia and Freda (Adams) Harmon in Kokomo IN. He attended Kokomo High School and graduated with the class of 1952. Bill then joined the U.S. ARMY and served from 1959-1962 until being honorably discharged. Bill then met Carol Catt the love of his life and married her February 13, 1966 together they would raise three children. William enjoyed playing horseshoes on a league team for White Meat Market and bowling in a senior league.

Bill is survived by children William, Laurie, and Greg (Missi) and grandchildren Ricky(Brittany), Bethany, Christopher and Matthew and brother Paul Wayne and companion (Teddy) and sister Marty (Ed) Carpenter, sister-in-law Nancy Harmon and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Junior Alvia and Robert and sister Helen Smith.

A gathering of friends and family will be Monday November 21, 2016 at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home, 2097 West Alto Road, Kokomo IN 46902 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm with a funeral immediately starting at 1:00 pm with Pastor Jon Tice officiating.
