She was preceded in death by her husband Jeffery Silva, parents Philip and Victoria Racelo Hilacion Sr., brother Philip Hilacion Jr. and great-granddaughter Brea Silva.
She is survived by her sons Blaise (Kim) Silva and Sterling (Ruth Ann) Silva, sisters Sharon (David) Abreu and Jocelyn Malina, grandchildren Kawika Texeira, Brayden Silva, Blaine Silva, Blaise “Bubba” Silva, Lahela Silva, Ioane Silva, and Kahawai Silva, great-grandchildren Maileia Silva, Kaire Silva, and Aubrey Texeira, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary in Koloa. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m., followed by the service at 10:45 a.m. Burial will be held in private.
