Joseph L. Elias, 65, passed away on July 18, 2026, at home in Kapaa. He was born on November 9, 1960, in Long Beach, California. He was a plumber.
He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Eleanor Elias.
He is survived by his wife Victoria "Vickie" Elias, son Kaikea (Daniella) Elias, daughter Crystal Jones, and two grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at Horners in Kapa'a on Saturday, August 22, 2026. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, service will begin at 11:00 AM.
