Wailua Homesteads, Kauaʻi, surrounded by loved ones. She was born on November 4, 1946, in
Ilocos Norte, Philippines, and was raised in Waipahu, Oʻahu, and Lihuʻe, Kauaʻi. She graduated
from Kauaʻi High School in 1964. She was a proud homemaker and worked for several local
companies over the years, including: Lihuʻe Plantation, House of Addler, Garden Island Motors,
and Walmart.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, August K. Schrader, and her children: Jonathan
(Verlyn) Babila, Jason (Amy) Babila, Kaʻaukai (Samantha) Schrader, Kaulana (Liza) Schrader,
Jessica (Mike) Babila, Kanaloa Schrader, Alapai Schrader, Debra (Jim) Kozina, Evan
(Genevieve) Schrader
16 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at Borthwick Kauaʻi Mortuary on Thursday July, 3. Viewing 9:30 AM Service at 10:30 AM Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens at 12:30 PM
