She was preceded in death by husband Charles “Kekoa” Kahookele.
She is survived by daughters Adrienne Tsukiyama, Donna (Ciso Lagmay) Stokes, Jeni-Ayn Tsukiyama, sons Darrell (Audrey Kaneshiro) Stokes, Merlyn “Kahanu” Tsukiyama, 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Friends may join the family on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Kalapaki Bay Memorial Park in Lihu‘e for a graveside service.
