Mom met and married her High School Sweetheart, Edmund Cordova. They moved to San Diego where they raised 5 children; Connie Florance, Patrick, Martin, Catherine Cordova and Delia Teachout (Charles). Along with her 5 children, she leaves behind 3 generations of 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her late husband Edmund Cordova and son-in-law, Al Florance.
Mom was an avid book reader and enjoyed all world travel and ocean cruises, and of course “shopping shopping” with her family. Most importantly were the lively full house every Sunday for family dinner that went on for decades in her home. Family picnics at the park became big events which we eventually lovingly nicknamed “Nanie's Park”. She dedicated much of her life to Our Lord.
Mom worked for Ratner’s Men Clothing for 40+ years as an accountant.
Mommy passed peacefully from our arms to Jesus’ loving arms. She now rests with all her loved ones for she was the last of 7 siblings. She will be missed greatly by all.
