David was born in Piqua Ohio and passed away in La Mesa California. He was a member of the first graduating class from Mount Miguel High School and attended Riverside Junior College. David married his high school sweetheart Sharon (Ward). He worked as a truck driver for local paving companies and was a member of the Western Conference of Teamsters. He was an assistant coach for Los Toros and Grossmont La Mesa Pop Warner football and Mighty Mites Wrestling. Later he was an assistant coach at Helix High School for Wrestling and JV Football. David raised five sons: Robert (deceased), Kenneth (Sharon), Thomas (Wendy), Patrick (Joyce) and Gary. David has five grandchildren: Alexis, Kaley, Max, Robert and Logan. and two great grandchildren Scarlett and Brandon. His family will always miss him.
