DENNIS LEE DUNN passed on June 19 in his home in San Diego. He was a native of San Diego, son of the late Dewey N. Dunn and Carmen Verdugo Dunn. He attended St. Martin Academy, Helix High School, where he was a member of the Key Club, and Grossmont College. Dunn served in the U.S. Air Force as a medical administrator. The majority of his professional career was in the San Diego welding industry as an operations manager for such companies as San Diego Welding, Westair and Amerigas. His great passion, aside from his family, was his 1983 Trans Am. Dennis was especially proud of a reunion he organized for the St. Martin’s Class of 1963 and the renewed friendships. His family includes wife and high school sweetheart Betsy Jensen-Dunn, daughter Tiffany Gerstmar, grandchildren Simon and Maddeline, brother Timothy and cousins Colleen MacDonough and Susan Arnett and their families.
