As one of 8 children, this outspoken, driven, hard working woman was born in Nikko and grew up in WWII Japan. After high school, she worked at the nearby Army base where she met her future husband. After the birth of their first child, they moved to the US, stationed in various states, and having a second child along the way. Finally settling in San Diego County, she worked as a waitress, acupuncture office manager, and retail sales manager. She enjoyed learning, pets, shopping, and traveling to Japan, Mexico, and Europe. It is wished that she is now happily reunited with family, friends, and pets who preceded her in death.
