Amelia Kay Bray

Mrs. Bray was born July 21, 1960 in LaGrange, GA, daughter of the late George Ulver Perdue and Odell Floyd Perdue. She was a member of Flat Shoals Salem Road Baptist Church, Pine Mountain, GA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank “Butch” Bynon Bray IV.

Survivors include her daughter, Kim Fitch; grandchildren, Lucas Fitch, Boone Fitch, and Carly Fitch; siblings, Floyd Perdue (Rita), Glenda Wood, and Carolyn Perdue Warren (Randy); beloved brothers-in-law, Scott Bray, Pat Bray (Jamie), and Russ Bray (Blair); several beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family members; and her precious and loyal fur babies, Maddie and Kiwi.

The Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Flat Shoals Salem Road Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Warren and Rev. Max McCord officiating. The burial will follow in Flat Shoals Salem Road Baptist Church Cemetery. The gathering of family and friends will be on Wednesday from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, LaGrange, GA.
