Mr. Paul was born September 9, 1962 in Edison, GA, son of the late Andy Earl Paul, Sr. and Lovie Frances Lawhorne Paul.
Survivors include his sister, Wanda Matthews; two nieces, Paige Mooney and Tracy Young; two great nieces, Savanna Watson and Delaney Young; and three great nephews, Dustin Eggers, Dillon Eggers, and Brodie Bailey.
The family will host a memorial service at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 16, 2011 in Dawson, Georgia.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
