Aubrey Stanley "Stan" Welborn

Stan was born October 1, 1955 in Ft. Benning, GA, son of the late Aubrey and Jeanette Welborn. He was a graduate of LaGrange College where he received his Bachelor's degree. Stan was employed with General Fibers before retiring. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia “Patti” Rochester Welborn.

Survivors include his daughter, Nicole (Perry) Terrell; grandchildren, Madison Aldridge (Jesse Hanners), Chelsea Aldridge, Blake Aldridge, Jessica Terrell, Courtney Terrell, and Ashleigh Terrell; great grandchildren, Easton Hanners, Railey Norris, Aubrey Norris, Huntley Norris, Hudson Terrell, and Holly Thrower; sister-in-law, Vickie Brown (Billy); brother-in-law, Jack Freeman (Sandy); and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, October 14, 2022 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, LaGrange, GA with Rev. Wayne Hester officiating. The gathering of family and friends will be on Friday from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

The family will be at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Nicole and Perry Terrell.
