Barbara "Linda" Kelley

Linda was born July 30, 1943 in Heard County, GA to the late Leonard Lewis Lancaster and Clara Irene Gaddy Lancaster.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jackie Ray Kelley; sisters, Sara Hamlin and Patsy Collier and her son-in-law, Larry Boivin and daughter-in-law, Catherine Kelley.

Linda enjoyed cooking, shopping and enjoyed being a senior companion with Troup County Health Department in helping others. Most of all, she enjoyed her visits with her children and grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Philip Kelley, Angela Kelley Boivin, Tammy Kelley, Chris Kelley; sister, Diane Knopp; grandchildren, Candi Kelley, Kara Spencer, Amanda Little, Nicolas Lucas, Drew Kelley, Taylor Lucas, Clarie Lucas, Amylia Grace Kelley, Jackson Kelley, Ava Kelley and Canaan Kelley; eight great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.

The Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M Friday, May 24, 2024 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary in LaGrange, GA. The Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel. A private family committal service will follow in Restlawn Cemetery.
